Personal Data provided by you. From the point of registration of your account with Fitnessmeal, we will collect and process your personal data. This includes body profile data and exercise preferences such as height, weight, exercise intensity and exercise frequency, which you disclose in our application form.

Personal Data collected by us. In addition to Personal Data you provide to Fitnessmeal directly, personal data may be collected from time to time from a variety of sources, including without limitation, from the cookies used by our mobile application.

Children’s Privacy

Fitnessmeal’s service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent's consent before we collect and use that information.

Your rights to Access, Correction and Deletion

You may access, update, correct or delete information about you at any time by accessing your account profile. If you wish to deactivate your account, please send us an email at fitnessmeal.live@gmail.com and let us know you would like to deactivate your account, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.

Fitnessmeal reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy. Please take a look at the “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on the service.
